Discover the new PAPR BLS series that combines technology and comfort to offer maximum protection in every operating environment.
The new range of BLS powered air-purifying respirators is designed to ensure maximum respiratory protection in complex environments. The series introduces BLS 2700next and BLS 2800next respirators, which are compatible with BLS HS23 and BLS HL24 hoods and BLS HV25 helmet visor.
The aim is to offer a range of devices that allow users to configure the system according to the type of activity, the level of risk and the operating environment.
The devices belong to the PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirators) category and guarantee a TH3 protection level, the maximum required by the EN 12941 standard. Both units allow air flow selection, offer continuous filtration level control and are compatible with dust and combined filters for different types of contaminants.
BLS 2700next model is a compact and lightweight unit suitable for both industrial and medical environments, where lightness and versatility are essential requirements. Depending on the filter used and the head protection device combined with it, it can be used in various work situations, such as grinding, deburring, agriculture, woodworking and industrial maintenance, but also in laboratories and hospitals.
BLS 2800next, on the other hand, is specifically designed for applications in ATEX environments (Zone 1 and Zone 21), making it suitable for sectors such as oil & gas, mining, food industry, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and industrial coatings. The visual, audible and vibration alarm system ensures safe use even in demanding operating conditions.
BLS also introduces two models of hoods and a helmet with visor, all compatible with BLS 2700next and BLS 2800next devices.
BLS HS23 and HL24 hoods offer total face protection and a wide field of vision, in two versions – short and long respectively – to suit different operational needs. Their lightweight construction and unidirectional airflow ensure comfort even during prolonged use.
BLS HV25 helmet visor combines respiratory protection for the face and head in a single device, ensuring maximum safety. The adjustable airflow and flip-up screen improve comfort and visibility, while the EN 397-certified helmet provides protection against shocks and impacts.
This PAPR series is the result of a design approach focused on component compatibility. Each element, including the electric fan unit, head protection and filter, has been developed to ensure uniform air flow, constant protection and ease of maintenance.
From visual and audible alarm systems to rechargeable battery autonomy and the ergonomic design of the padded belt, everything is designed to ensure safety, efficiency and prolonged comfort. Furthermore, the possibility of replacing individual components helps to reduce management costs and increase the overall durability of the system.

With a filtering capacity of more than 94% for FFP2 and more than 99% for FFP3, the new BLS 502 and BLS 503 masks are DPI without valves, CE certified according to European regulation 2016/425 and technical standard EN 149: 2001, able to protect users in the event of exposure to solid and/or liquid non-volatile particles (dust, fumes, mists) and to block the dispersion of viruses both incoming and outgoing. They are, in fact, sealed on the face and manufactured with a "welding” process, without seams and perforations on the fabric from which micro particles could pass, thus creating a barrier during exhaling, protecting the environment from the user of the mask.
