The ready-to-use BLS 8000next half mask combines the simplicity of disposable devices with the high level of protection of reusable equipment.

The BLS 8000next series features twin-filter half masks made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber (TPE), designed to be ready to use without the need to replace filters. Once the filtering capacity is exhausted, the entire device is replaced.

What are the main features?

• Drop-Off system: quick release mechanism and sliding elastic bands allow the user to lower or remove the half mask without taking off the head harness. If necessary, this system can be deactivated.
  

• Slim and lightweight head harness with quick adjustment, ensuring good compatibility with other PPE.
• Activated carbon: the filtering material includes activated carbon for gases and vapors, manufactured without toxic additives such as hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)).
• Protective micromesh on filters: protects the filtering material from splashes, dust, and lint that could compromise functionality.
  
• Ergonomics and wide field of view: thanks to the low positioning of the filters and reduced protrusion, the mask exerts minimal pressure points on the face and interferes less with visibility.
• Durability and materials: facepiece in TPE, polyester and rubber straps, polypropylene head harness, all designed to last and to guarantee user comfort.
