Design Anatomico
The preformed design of the facepiece ensures optimal adaptation to different physiognomies, guaranteeing an excellent fit, wide field of vision and compatibility with spectacles.
Eolo® Exhalation Valve
Eolo Technology is our three-point instead of one-point valve diaphragm fixation system, which allows 30% more air to pass through on exhalation than conventional valves, concentrating it in two maximum opening points.
Armor® Protective Layer
An outer layer surrounding the filter material protects it from dirt, dust and liquids, as well as from the stress caused by prolonged use. The device performs for a longer period of time.
Availability with Activated Carbon
Some models include an active carbon layer to protect against unpleasant odours caused by gases and vapours, both organic and acidic, including ozone, in concentrations below TLV.
High Breathability
The water vapour transmission ratio through the material is 3500 g/m² over 24 hours. A value that defines the materials high breathability range, making it ideal in situations of intense physical activity or high temperatures.
Nano Filtration
The filtering facepieces in this series are tested against nanoparticles (down to 0.001 microns).
Welded or Adjustable Elastics
The ultrasonically welded elastics, to eliminate exposed metal parts, are made of hypoallergenic latex-free material, while the adjustable elastics, thanks to their innovative drop-off system, facilitate the correct positioning of the face seal on the face.
BLS Zer0 series offers a range of models to meet different requirements:
BLS Zer0 30 NV: Without exhalation valve, with welded elastics and partial internal seal.
BLS Zer0 30: With Aeolus® valve, welded elastics and partial inner seal.
BLS Zer0 30 C: With Eolo® valve, activated carbon, welded elastics and partial internal seal.
BLS Zer0 31: With Eolo® valve, welded elastics and complete inner seal.
BLS Zer0 31 C: With Eolo® valve, activated carbon, welded elastics and complete inner seal.
BLS Zer0 32: With external micro mesh, Eolo® valve, adjustable elastic bands and complete gasket.
BLS Zer0 32 C: Same as model 32, but with the addition of activated charcoal.
BLS Zer0 32 C Flame Retardant: Version with flame retardant layer, ideal for welding operations.
