Lightweight and Comfortable Facepiece
The reduction in the thickness of the oronasal has allowed a 25% reduction in the weight of the half-mask compared to the previous version, making it one of the lightest on the market. Available in two materials: thermoplastic elastomer (BLS 4000next R) and silicone (BLS 4000next S), it offers an optimal fit for different facial types.

Drop-Off System
The new front mask with quick-release coupling/uncoupling system and sliding elastics allows the half-mask to be removed and lowered without removing the headboard, facilitating breaks and improving operating efficiency
B-Lock bayonet connection
BLS' B-Lock system ensures quick and secure filter attachment, with tactile feedback confirming correct positioning. The dual filter design ensures balanced weight distribution and a wide field of view, improving ergonomics during use.
Ergonomic head harness
The slim, lightweight headband with quick adjustment ensures excellent compatibility with other PPE, such as goggles and helmets, providing comfort and safety during prolonged use.
Quick and easy maintenance
The half mask can be disassembled and reassembled in less than a minute, making cleaning and maintenance easier.
