The reusable device for nose and mouth protection with b-lock connection, which can be disassembled and reassembled in less than 1 minute, facilitating cleaning and maintenance. It can be used in combination with protective glasses and it is available in two sizes and two materials. These half-masks are characterised by the high protection factor they provide when used in combination with b-lock bayonet connection filters (BLS 200 series) that protect against gases/vapours and toxic particulates.
Bayonet connection
Patented by BLS, this connection is highly intuitive, allowing a quick and safe hold on the mask. It has a locking feedback allowing the user to know if the filter has been properly placed. Moreover, the double filter offers better weight distribution on the mask and a greater field of vision during use.
Quick and easy maintenance
Thanks to its design, this half-mask can be disassembled and reassembled in less than 1 minute, making cleaning and maintenance much easier.
Drop-off system
A new front mask with quick attachment/release system and sliding elastics, which allow you to remove and lower the half mask without removing the head harness.
A lightweight face seal
Compared to masks of the past, the reduction in the thickness of the oronasal allowed a 25% reduction in the weight of the half mask, which appears to be among the lightest on the market.
Head harness
Thinner and lighter head harness, with a quick adjustment, allowing excellent compatibility with other PPE.

What's the color of your protection?
European standards EN 143 and EN 14387:2004+A1:2008 define protection against dust, gases and vapours on the basis of 10 types of contaminants which correspond to as many identification colours.
To safeguard against contaminants as gases and vapours, an active carbon filter is required, which is suitably treated to selectively adsorb the different substances. Activated carbon is characterised by its high porosity, which allows gases and vapours to be trapped on its internal surfaces, which are treated differently depending on the protection for one or more specific groups of substances. The table shows the different types of gases and vapours to be protected against, such as "A", "B", "E", "K", "AX", "Hg", "NO", "CO", "Reaktor".
And then there is protection from particulate matter, labelled "P", which is filtered by a pleated fabric that provides a larger filtering surface area and reduces respiratory fatigue.
Every protection has its own colur.
What is yours?
Why are some filters in this series not compatible with half masks?
BLS 200 series filters are bi-filters because they are designed to be worn in pairs on devices with this arrangement. When the total of both filters weighs more than 300g, wearing them on half-masks is not appropriate, because these devices only provide optimal comfort and tightness with filters weighing less.
Filters weighing more than 300g in this series are BLS 253 ABE2P3 R and BLS 254 ABEK2P3 R and are not compatible with half-masks.
