3-flap flat design

Thanks to the three-flap design, the device adapts perfectly to all facial movements, ensuring maximum protection and efficiency at all times. The folded lower flap allows easy opening of the facepiece without contaminating the inside.

This series is available in two different sizes, S and M/L, to perfectly fit all face types. The S size was specifically designed for female faces.

Eolo® exhalation valve

An ultralight membrane concentrates the exhaled air into two zones of maximum aperture, 30% wider than before. With these improvements breathing resistance decreases significantly.

Armor® layer

Armor® layer

It is an external protective layer that ensures the protection of the filtering material from dirt, dust and liquids as well as the normal mechanical stress due to prolonged use thus extending and preserving filtering efficiency and making the device safer.

Gasket

Gasket

Made with a new soft technical foam, which allows an excellent fit on any face and guarantees a high comfort on contact with the skin.

Rigid inner core

The addition of the innovative inner core ensures solidity to the filtering facepiece and high breathing performance.

Internal nose clip

Internal nose clip

The nose clip, placed internally between the layers of filtering material, adapts optimally to the profile of the nose and eyes, ensuring good visibility and maximum compatibility with glasses.

Textile elastics

Textile elastics

The elastic bands are made of enduring and high-performance textile material. The addition of a backing layer allows the elastics to adhere to the filter body without the use of exposed metal parts.

Available with activated carbon

Available with activated carbon

An activated carbon layer may be added to the respirator to protect from nuisance odours caused by gases and vapours, both organic and acidic, including ozone (ideal for welding operations), in concentrations below the threshold limit value (TLV).

High breathability

The filter material has a water vapour transmission ratio (amount of vapour able to pass through it) of 3380 g/m². This value is much higher than that of the vast majority of our competitors. Tests performed according to ASTM E96/E96M.

The shape of the filtering facepiece guarantees a large filtering surface area, leaving the field of vision totally free.

The filtering facepieces in this series are tested against nanoparticles (down to 0.001 microns).

The single hygienic package protects the filtering facepiece from any contamination before use, allowing it to be stored in a practical way and distributed in the work environment.
