BLS Zer0 Flat series is distinguished by its innovative flat three-flap design, which improves the fit to the face and reduces pressure areas. This design not only ensures uniform protection, but also increases comfort, making the mask ideal for prolonged use.
Available in two sizes, M/L and S, this mask adapts to different facial conformations, ensuring an optimal fit for all users. The absence of exposed metal parts in the elastic bands and the internal nose clip further contribute to safe and comfortable use.
One of the distinctive features of BLS Zer0 Flat is its high breathability and low breathing resistance, achieved through a rigid internal structure. This design allows users to breathe easily, reducing fatigue during long periods of use. In addition, a version with the Eolo® Valve is available, which further improves breathing efficiency by facilitating the expulsion of warm, moist air, making the mask even more comfortable during heavy use.
BLS Zer0 Flat offers 99% filtering capacity against nanoparticles, providing a very high level of protection against fine particles and contaminants. Each mask is individually packaged, ensuring maximum hygiene and facilitating transport and storage. BLS Zer0 Flat series is available in two models, both of which can be adapted to different face types thanks to the availability of size S and size M/L:
- BLS Zer0 33 is the version with a high-efficiency Aeolus valve and can be used to protect the wearer from dust/fibres/fumes of toxic particles in concentrations of 50 x TLV (NPF). E.g. woodworking, sanding, grinding, cutting fibreglass and any activity where asbestos fibres, chromium, lead, silica, antiblastics etc. are present. The presence of the valve reduces breathing resistance, ensuring optimal comfort during use.
- BLS Zer0 33 NV is the version without the valve and is ideal in the food and medical industry and in all working environments where contamination by the user must be avoided.
