The BLS Zer0 Flat series represents one of the best solutions in respiratory protection in terms of breathing comfort, providing the protection of a P3 with the breathability of a P1. They feature a surface micro-network that prevents clogging of the filtrating material and absorption of liquids, prolonging the life of the device.
High breathability
The filter material has a water vapour transmission ratio (amount of vapour able to pass through it) of 3380 g/m². This value is much higher than that of the vast majority of our competitors. Tests performed according to ASTM E96/E96M.
Low breathing resistance
An FFP3-certified disposable mask has a lower breathing resistance than an FFP1. Lower breathing resistance means less effort for the wearer, thus greater comfort.
3-flap flat design
Thanks to the three-flap design, the device adapts perfectly to all facial movements, ensuring maximum protection and efficiency at all times. The folded lower flap allows easy opening of the facepiece without contaminating the inside.

Available in two sizes
This series is available in two different sizes, S and M/L, to perfectly fit all face types. The S size was specifically designed for female faces.
Textile elastics

Single pack
The single hygienic package protects the filtering facepiece from any contamination before use, allowing it to be stored in a practical way and distributed in the work environment.

BLS Zer0 33: With Eolo® valve, welded elastics and partial internal seal. Available in two sizes S and M/L.
BLS Zer0 33 NV: Without exhalation valve, with welded elastics and partial internal seal. Available in two sizes S and M/L.
