The BLS Zer0 Flat series represents one of the best solutions in respiratory protection in terms of breathing comfort, providing the protection of a P3 with the breathability of a P1. They feature a surface micro-network that prevents clogging of the filtrating material and absorption of liquids, prolonging the life of the device.
High breathability
The filter material has a water vapour transmission ratio (amount of vapour able to pass through it) of 3380 g/m². This value is much higher than that of the vast majority of our competitors. Tests performed according to ASTM E96/E96M.
Low breathing resistance
An FFP3-certified disposable mask has a lower breathing resistance than an FFP1. Lower breathing resistance means less effort for the wearer, thus greater comfort.
3-flap flat design
Thanks to the three-flap design, the device adapts perfectly to all facial movements, ensuring maximum protection and efficiency at all times. The folded lower flap allows easy opening of the facepiece without contaminating the inside.
Optimal visual field
La geometria del facciale filtrante garantisce un’ampia superficie filtrante lasciando il campo visivo totalmente libero.
Available in two sizes
This series is available in two different sizes, S and M/L, to perfectly fit all face types. The S size was specifically designed for female faces.
Textile elastics
The elastic bands are made of enduring and high-performance textile material. The addition of a backing layer allows the elastics to adhere to the filter body without the use of exposed metal parts.
Single pack
The single hygienic package protects the filtering facepiece from any contamination before use, allowing it to be stored in a practical way and distributed in the work environment.
The BLS Zer0 Flat series offers the following models:
BLS Zer0 33: With Eolo® valve, welded elastics and partial internal seal. Available in two sizes S and M/L.
BLS Zer0 33 NV: Without exhalation valve, with welded elastics and partial internal seal. Available in two sizes S and M/L.
The BLS Zer0 Flat series has a flat design and is individually bagged. This ensures convenience and hygiene and makes it suitable for occasional use. In addition, its design allows it to be folded for storage when not in use. In addition, this series has the advantage of having no staples.
One of the strengths of BLS Zer0 33 is undoubtedly its high breathability. This translates into less moisture stagnation inside the face seal, reducing fatigue during prolonged use and significantly improving comfort, without compromising the level of protection. Through comparative breathability tests (WVTR - Water Vapour Transmission Rate), it has demonstrated superior performance over most competitors. The efficient design and choice of materials ensure optimal water vapour transmission, allowing the skin to breathe and keeping the face dry.
The BLS Zer0 Flat series is the result of a design that is attentive to the real needs of those who wear protective equipment on a daily basis.
Compact, lightweight and highly breathable, this mask is an ideal solution for those seeking comfort, safety and freedom to breathe.
