FFP3 BLS Zer0 32 disposable masks score highly in the fit test that measures the effectiveness of the protective device directly on the face, ensuring an optimal fit and effective protection.
ADJUSTABLE ELASTIC BANDS
The mask has adjustable elastic bands that, thanks to the innovative drop-off system, allow easy and correct positioning of the facepiece on the face.
ANATOMICAL
The unique preforming of the facepiece allows it to be worn easily and adapts perfectly to different physiognomies ensuring an excellent fit, a wide field of vision and high compatibility with eye protection devices.
EOLO VALVE
This mask has an Eolo valve that is 30% wider than standard valves, thus ensuring low breathing resistance.
ARMOR PROTECTIVE LAYER
The outer protective layer surrounding the filter material protects it from dirt, dust and liquids, as well as from stress caused by prolonged use.
INTERNAL SUPPORT
The inner material of the mask has recently been replaced with one that is more eco-friendly, lighter and softer, for a more pleasant contact with the face.
BLS Zer0 32 series anatomical filtering masks offer high protection combined with exceptional breathing comfort and excellent breathability performance (water vapour transmission ratio 4500 g/m2*24h). These characteristics allow for excellent fit test performance.
The fit test is used to assess the degree of compatibility between a specific protective device and the user's face. Thanks to its high-performance design and the features listed above, the filtering facepiece fits perfectly to any type of face, thus achieving a high fit factor value in this specific test.

EXTERNAL MICRORETE: BLS Zer0 32 / BLS Zer0 32 C
Makes the face mask durable and suitable for use in environments with high contamination (e.g. use with protective gloves)
CARBON LAYER: BLS Zer0 32C / BLS Zer0 32 C Flame Retardant
Blocks organic and acidic gases and vapours with concentrations below TLV and is ideal for operations with ozone risk (risk concentrations below TLV)
FULL SEAL: all models
Ensures an optimal seal on all types of face, makes the product even more durable and is made of soft, abrasion-resistant material
FLAME-RETARDANT LAYER: BLS Zer0 32 C Flame Retardant
This flame-retardant coating is particularly suitable for welding operations
