Focus | BLS 2000: the compact and lightweight full face mask with universal connection
BLS 2000 series is characterised by the high protection factor they provide when used in combination with RD40 universal connection filters (BLS 400 series), which protect against gases/vapours and toxic particulates.
BLS 2000 series full-face masks are made with a thermoplastic rubber face seal, as is the inner oronasal, with which it forms a single mask body. Its universal connection makes it a versatile and high-performance solution for professionals who need reliable and adaptable protection.
What are the main features?
UNIVERSAL CONNECTION RD40
BLS 2000 series has a standardised threaded connection according to EN148-1, which is universal for respiratory protective devices.
DOUBLE EXHAUST VALVE
BLS 2000 series is equipped with a double front exhalation valve to increase comfort by reducing breathing resistance during use.
COMPACT DIMENSIONS
Despite the device's compact dimensions, the screen provides an excellent field of view.
6-POINT ATTACHMENT HARNESS
The 6-point attachment harness provides more precise adjustment, which contributes to a better hold and stability of the mask on the face.
LIGHTWEIGHT!
The masks of this series are among the lightest on the market. The polycarbonate visor version weighs only 458 grams. This ensures greater comfort than other goggles, especially for prolonged use.
ANTIFOG SYSTEM
Designed to prevent fogging of the visor by controlling the flow of cold and warm air inside the mask and not by easily perishable surface treatments.
Available models
BLS 2000 series has two models: BLS 2150 and BLS 2150V with glass visor. The glass visor of the BLS 2150V model is best suited to provide high resistance to chemicals. For maximum safety, the tripartite glass is reinforced with a double layer of anti-fragmentation EVA to ensure greater mechanical strength. Particularly suitable for use in spray-painting as it can be cleaned with solvents without being damaged.
